- Housing
Approximately 50 houses which are funded by the Aboriginal Housing Authority

- Koonibba Building Pty Ltd is responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of all the houses and administration buildings in the Koonibba Community. They have tendered for some of the work which they have carried out since 1999-2008. The building company have employed up to 3 aboriginal qualified carpenters over this period with Joe Haitana as the building supervisor.
